Shipment came hot and thawed out & leaking ☹️ . I was looking forward to them. Customer service did not replace or give me a credit. Very disappointed.

Delicious tamales.!!!?!

I had one of the gourmet packages, that included the sweet tamales, delivered to friends in the PNW. They loved the tamales, however, unfortunately the sweet ones left them very disappointed. Was sorry to hear this

Everything was great except for delivery which was not your fault. I sent you an e-mail asking what I should do with my defrosted order which you answered right away and I followed your instructions. Everything worked out fine. I am looking forward to enjoying my tamales soon. Thank you

Masa was a little mushy after thawing and steaming for 20 minutes; I expected a little more firmness. Black bean filling was very tasty.

Terrible shipment to New York. UPS kept delaying delivery time. The tamales were mush by the time they finally made it. Very disappointed!!!
