As usual still the best Tamales around

Texas Lone Star Tamales are the absolute best in flavor and texture. They offer vegetarian options which makes us very happy! We order them when we have a celebration and then order extra for quick and easy meals.

I ordered a large order based on reviews. I had never tried Texas Lone Star tamales before. I was very disappointed with the tamales 🫔 themselves, as they were quite tiny, and extremely dry. When I heated them up upon receiving them, I followed their steaming directions very close. I've had homemade tamales before but these were nothing like that.

After being stationed in the Southwestern US while in the military we became accustomed to a certain quality and flavor of Mexican/Tex-Mex food. After being retired and moved back to Ohio the authenticity of Mexican food isn't quite the same. Ordering these tamales gives us a taste of authentic high quality food that we became used to. We love these tamales and have ordered several times because we believe these are simply the best tamales. You can tell they are handmade and made of high quantity ingredients. I have recommended these to coworkers and friends and they agree these are the best.

Just a little too much salt for me. Otherwise very tasty. I will eat them all.
