I'm a 79 year old gringo, who loves tamales. I just received my fist order from Texas Lone Star, and they are delicious. I warmed two and immediately warmed another, just right for lunch. They are a perfect blend of meat to corn wrap, just the right amount of heat and a great size, for me. I won't be without them in my freezer again.

Before trying Texas Lone Star Tamales, we had never had tamales, though we knew what they were and that they can be time consuming to prepare. Our order shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. The instructions for preparing them were very clear and easy to follow. The tamales themselves are delicious!

Best tamale I have found. Have been eating Texas Lone Star Tamales for a few years now. I had one order that seemed kind of salty but it was only one 1/2 dozen package. I also have orders sent to relatives that lives in other states. The orders have all been on time, on schedule and still frozen. The price is a little high but well worth paying considering how good the Tamales are and the size, 1/2 Dozen will make 2 meals for my wife and I. We both enjoy good food and Texas LoneStar Tamales hits the spot consistently. I always call in my orders as my Smartphone has not learned how to order. The person that takes my orders has always been very polite and helpful. One order was sent to the wrong address, my smartphone used the wrong address because my finger hit the wrong button. The lady that takes the order helped me track my order and I exchanged 1 pack of Tamales for my shipment. Again that was my fault but I no longer trust my smartphone to do the ordering. (However having good neighbors helped also.)

Absolutely love your tamales. I have ordered from Texas Lone Star more than once. Had to throw out one package of pork tamales this time. It had a long black hair in one of the tamales. Yuk...but accidents happen.

Consistent quality. Good deals on combos. My last order took a little longer to arrive than usual. Great food and I will order again.
