Very happy with the quality of the bed. Communications from DFI was excellent; we received a text confirming when the bed would be delivered; on delivery day, we received two texts. Shane delivered the the bed within the allocated time. Great bed and great service!

Got the platinum 1400 less than 6 months ago and I'm looking to buy another one to replace it in a different place, I started to have lumbar pain and verified if I move to another room with a different mattress this doesn't happen. It was cheap but , honestly, I'd pay more for a proper mattress.

Delivery takes way too long. Still haven't receive my order. By the time I get it, it will be almost 3 weeks. I understand this was over festive but I also got no comms from you until I queried. 3 weeks is still a long time regardless.

Good price mattress and quick delivery. Mother pleased with quality. Asked by email for extra help with delivery due to my parents difficulties and they were polite and helpful with their response. Delivery driver was great and very helpful to my parents. Would buy from them again.
