Great company, fast service and the Gelflex 3000 beds are 5 Star.Ive rental properties and my tenants keep telling me there beds are so cosy and they are DFI beds,So I myself now got a Gelflex bed .

Ordered the bed and was given a delivery date within 24 hours. The bed was delivered on that date and the driver was sound. Got the platinum matress and it was firm and comfortable, just what I was looking for.

Seemless ordering process, excellent customer service, delivery was easy and he accommodated me by calling my neighbour to take the delivery. Bed is ideal, comfortable, easy to put together. Good price point. I would highly recommend DFI beds.

Ordered a DFI Oliver Tweed Edition Divan Bed Set with Mattress Single (3’ x 6'3") / Luxury / No Drawers - €389.00 on Humm finance in July 2024. Only paid my last installment 2 days ago. Since day one the mattress keeps sliding off base. The headboard kept falling sideways. I contacted customer service with photos and they sent me out 2 more bolts for headboard to secure it on mattress. When I went to put bolts on today one of the the wooden legs on headboard snapped like a twig. The most flimsy bed I've ever bought. Absolute pile of rubbish. The mattress and headboard has to be repositioned every single day. I want a refund but am getting no where. A waste of 389euro. Never buy a bed from them again.

Ordered my double bed on a Friday evening, had it delivered on Tuesday. Paul who delivered the bed was a gentleman, said he’d be at my home around 12.30 , he was there before then, before I even got back to the house , their was no waiting around right on time very happy as I had to leave work early . Very happy with my new bed. soo easy to assemble and very good value for money
