Fault with bed, slow response.

Teddy bed arrived and front of a draw fell off because the draw was stuck. Sent an email to DFI and got no response. Ended up having to get someone to fix it at an expense to me. Delivery driver was nice, good communication. EDIT : I was contacted by DFI a few days after I posted my review, they offered to replaced the draw but I'd already gotten it fixed. Daughter loves the bed so all good.

King size Orthopedic Mattress

I am delighted with my recent purchase - it is very comfortable, and seems well made. The only slight negative thing is that the delivery time was not respected. I received an email with the delivery date, followed by a SMS the day before, confirming that date, and we waited at home all day, but there was no delivery made, or communication from DFI Beds. Eventually, in the early evening, I telephoned the headoffice to inform them of the situation and then the delivery driver rang me to say I should have been told delivery could not be made until the following day.
