They charge an exorbitant service…

They charge an exorbitant service charge which appears only at the end of the process When I made the reservation I ticked the box for ticket delivery and I mistook the service charge for the delivery charge. I won’t make that mistake again.

Hidden Service fees!!

There was a high service fee charge that I didn't know, until the final step, meaning that the service fee is showed exactly before the Finalize Reservation button. It now makes sense why the prices of this site seem to be lower compare to others. Not sure if this the right approach in 2020!

Hidden fee

There was a service charge that I didn't know about until check out. This was unfortunate in my case because I was booking for people traveling with me and I had to make 2 transactions, so I had to pay a service fee twice. I understand why this site was less expensive than others - those other sites probably showed the service fee up front.

I had a terrible experience with Let's…

I had a terrible experience with Let's Ferry and would never recommend using them as a company if you can help it. We booked round trip tickets through them, and ended up having to change our return leg. Doing so required multiple emails to Let's Ferry, which kept sending us links that didn't work - by the time they finally sent us a functional link to pay for the change, we'd taken the first ferry leg of our trip. At no moment in any of all the communication we had with Let's Ferry did anyone tell us this would mean we could no longer make any changes to the return leg. But upon arriving at the ferry to take this return trip, we were told we had no tickets and had to buy new ones. Afterward, I emailed Let's Ferry almost a dozen times to explain what had happened and ask to be reimbursed, but they refused to help us in any way.
