The work was carried out in my mum's house and I met most of the trades that carried out the work. From start to finish, the whole process was speedy and very professionally carried out. I wish local tradesmen could be half as efficient. Phone calls or emails started each part of the process, and the dates and timings were adhered to as per the calls. Each of tradesmen carried out the jobs to a great standard, neat, tidy and a full explanation of the work carried out. The whole process was brilliantly handled.
