Turned when expected, polite and friendly. Tidied up after themselves, answered any questions we had

Two young men came to do the job . I have never seen such two hard working, pleasant, polite, caring, tidy workmen they are a credit to their company. Nothing was a problem for Yes absolutely delighted. thankyou so much.

No problem with your staff who were excellent all the way from start to finish both workers were very helpful and forever tyding up all through the installation after leaving a very high standard of workmanship.

The job was done well however it has not been completed.

They arrived on time. They set about the task in a very professional manner and everything was clean and tidy when they left.

Things happened when they said they would,very punctual and always polite! As im a disabled customer,nothing was too much bother,happy with the the work that was done!

The engineers were so helpful and very tidy. The work was done within the time expected I was very impressed with their efficiency,I am more than happy with my new heating system.

The guys arrived well on time and explained how the day would go. They were in contact with my during the day and finished well within the estimated time. The work is fantastic and they left little mess. The only complaints would be the spills from the previous boiler/radiators on my drive way with boot foot prints leaving stains across my drive way. And the extreme inconvenience and cost at having to lift and replace laminate flooring for the work to be done.

Workmen left tidy job helpful and informative as regards heating instructions thermostat boiler only fault was carpet fitter not coming back to relay carpets 13 days so far and still waiting ??

Was not happy with the vents and where the outlet went but Mr.Lawrence assured me they were fitted properly.Could not understand why fan in downstairs loo was on 24/7 as it seemed to defeat the purpose.Again he assured me that was correct.So here’s to being cosy for years to come as heating system working well.
