The initial conversations I had prior to the installation were friendly and informative. I was kept up to date regularly and reassured in regards to any disruptions that may arise. There were no disruptions, everything went smoothly and according to plan. The equipment was delivered exactly on the chosen day and time. The installation of the new boiler was smooth and efficient, my carpets were protected throughout. The team carrying out the work were friendly and professional I cannot praise them enough. The company that did the work were really great, minimum disruption with speedy installation. The men were respectful, pleasant and clean workers, they didn't stop until the work was done.
