It was easy to order. Shipment came fine. The product was new to us. Product was easy to maneuver in pool. The verdict is still out on the product itself. There were pluses and minuses on the product.

Ordered an o-ring and never was informed of a delivery date. I tried to call the customer service number they listed and no answer (left message with my phone number), but no call back. I then sent an email with online receipt and asked them to cancel the order. This all happened within 2 hours of the online purchase. Two days have passed and no contact by phone or email. Worst company I've ordered through hands down. You've been warned.
