Well the verdict is still out on this company. I bought a salt cell, shipping was $29.00 and two o-ring, shipping was $15.00. They put them both in the same box and continued to charge me $15.00 tp ship the o-rings in the same box as the salt cell. I sent them an email at their 'contact us' about the situation. We shall see what they do.

Great replacement product. Seems to be working very well at a good price.

The delivery was quick but product I received had missing parts and the instruction book didn't explain how to tell how to set it up to the poo. Itl only showed how to put it together the pool cleaner base to the hoses. Not how it hooks up to the pool filter system Very vague instructions. I ended up putting it away in my garage and not even using it. Couldn't send it back already, got rid of the box.
