Purchased a Hayward Salt cell T-3 for my pool. It is bad. The run around to change it out is ridiculous. They send you to Hayward and Hayward is just as bad. Make you fill out warranty (5 day wait) , call after 5 days, more run around. Pool Supply is no help! Mind you this is not a warranty cali. After a certain period of time. It was a matter of weeks when I realized the unit was defective (after my pool turned green) Over two weeks after I started trying to resolve my $500 Problem….nothing . This purchase has made me realize the value of brick and mortar operations! . I do not recommend doing business with Pool Supply unlimited!

Unprofessional, unreliable and no responsiblity

This place is completely unprofessional. It started with me ordering a transformer box online, receiving a receipt and paid extra for a 3-day shipment. After the box did not arrive in three days, four days i called to find out the issue. Issac, who is the supervisor, stated that I received an email to verify information. why would i need to verify anything if I have a receipt and have a draft from my bank. When I told him I did not receive an email that they must have messed up he said he was going to cancel my order and I will get refunded when I get refunded. After a very heated argument where words were exchanged, I hung up the call. Im telling you, please go with another company, they are not reliable and try to pawn off responsibility by saying "you received an email to verify your information." No email was received. Please look elsewhere you will be much happier I promise you!!

Do not buy from - no warranty

Do not buy from! Instead of 2 year warranty if buying from a local pool company Pentair will only give you a 60 day warranty if you purchase from Pool Supply Unlimited and when I called several times prior to making the purchase the agents would of course never make me aware of this little detail. Very bad customer service!!
