Terrible customer service and the restocking fees for a return are ridiculous! Proceed with caution

Parts ordered were shipped quickly and were as advertized, and returns were easy.

I received the lift sooner than expected and it is working well. It allows my husband to get the physical rehab he needs and is making his recovery so much better than before he had access to the pool

It seems as no one is interested in honoring the warranty on this filter. Would not buy from this co.

Heater worked great once installed. My only issue was that the heater was left outside by my garage door when I wasn’t home. I never received a phone call from the freight company to schedule a delivery date. I wasn’t able to inspect for damage. Luckily when I got home I opened it and inspected it to find no damage.

I received my order, and there was some confusion regarding quantities. I called customer service who inter the ordering procedure. The same as I did following that the shipping department called me to say that the order was correct and I needed additional product which was gonna cost me much more money. I was very pleased with the service as sent me the product. I needed free of charge understanding how I could interpret it that way, very pleased with this company. It was nice to be Treated extremely well. I definitely recommend!

Quick shipment. Easy install. Filter elements seem to plug up quickly and don't backwash. Have to remove them and clean them individually. Taking a long time to get the pool clear agian.

2 1/2 months wait for this part. I called 3 times to inquire, each time I was told someone would follow up and that never happened once.
