When I'd ordered the wrong pump, they made it easy to return it and get a new one on the way.

The products they offer, the order process, the delivery speed & careful packaging were all great. They made finding what I needed fast & easy. My only difficulty is that their order quantity is in sq. ft. -- which makes sense for new installations -- and I needed to repair a specific number of broken tiles. Trying to convert from tile count to sq. ft. was not as easy as it could have been, BUT, their customer service was very helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

I placed my order on 05/28/24. I called around 10-15 times over three months to get a tracking number or any sort of update on when I could expect our order to arrive. I was given three different ship dates and none of them were valid. I had to keep calling in and no one could give me an answer as to why our item hadn't shipped. I just was always told that they would reach out to the shipping department and then if I didn't hear back in 48 hours to call back again. This went on and on for three months. I finally talked to a Ricardo in sales at the end of July and he got me a tracking number and we received our order.
