Bought a wall mounted electric fire for our caravan after 5 mins the heater cut out and won't come on again emailed on the 13th day to explain only to receive an email saying that the e mail address was not in use and to use the email supplied which ment the complaint went in after the 14th day what a joke they will not answer email or phone calls and am now stuck with a fire that won't put out no heat nothing but a bunch of thieves. My only happiness is knowing that my karma will catch up with you very soon and it ain't nice😁😁😁

Customer services very poor. Sent two emails regards an issue with delivery and never received a response. Poor communication and issues with courier leaving item in wrong place, parcel went missing. Will never use this company again.

Shabby, Shabby, Shabby, thats their products, their attitude to customer service and their total customer experience. Please do not waste your money or time with this outfit unless you thrive on disapointment because thats what you will get by the bucket load either verbally over the phone (if your lucky enough to get someone to answer) or in writing. For the sakes of a couple of quid, go elsewhere.

First and last time using this website. Quick to charge me, however knew something wasn't right after 2 weeks of no dispatch notification. Very poor customer care, no response to emails and not to mention the unresponsive contact number for View Click Buy. Save yourself headache and shop elsewhere.

Did not hear anything other than the first email confirming my order. I then at day 7 I rang the company asking when my delivery would be! Only to told that my item was out of stock. They had not informed me of this and a refund was processed. I wish I had read the reviews. This has wasted time on an item I needed.
