Agent was so precise in giving me detailed options and response was fast

I have never booked anything on ovago and the process seemed strange and just different. Lena was super helpful and did a good job of walking me through the process, which ultimately ended in me getting done what I needed to get done.

OVAGO isn't safe to buy airline ticket. It's a dubious third party agency for buying airline ticket. I bought a round trip airline ticket from them. Only to found out that there was changes in my return leg of the trip. The connecting flight for my return was changed, such that I will not be able to meet up with the second leg of the trip back to the US. I called on OVAGO to find an alternative route, but proved abortive. I was stranded for a day and left with no choice, but to buy a one way ticket with another airline for my trip back to the US. I requested for a refund of the return leg of my trip back to the US, but was played for two months back and forth, and up till now, I haven't heard anything from OVAGO. Please, stay away from using OVAGO. The website itself is a scam.

They increase the price after you make the booking

They have the worst very worst customer service. We tried to get my daughter home because we just lost her grandmother my mom, and all she was asking for is some help to just add a spot to see her mom to make sure her mom was ok. Her final destination was still the same and it was already a multi city ticket. She was just asking to add a stop and change the date to land at the final destination by two days. They gave her one option and that was 1037$ just for the flight to the one stop we were trying to add. She then would have had to purchase another ticket to her final destination. So, Customers can't change the destination, but employees can if it suits them. Very disappointing and they are very deceiving. Will never book through them again. Not like they care.

I couldn’t book through this agency even though it says that they were tickets available, after I have sent the payment information they called me and said that ticket is way more. And even though I couldn’t purchase the tickets they charged my card and they were saying that is test charge.
