My flight schedule was changed by the airline and i was not able to confirm as the link provided was not working. Amber was the support chat person, its been two days, still the tickets are not confirmed. have been trying to get in touch with customer support but no help so far. Updating my review to one star, if I had option would have given minus. Still my flight has not been confirmed , have contacted live support more than 8 times , sent innumerable emails but no response. It's been 2 weeks communicating and contacting Ovago support, harrowing experience. Have not seen worst customer service than this, even smaller companies are 10 times better than them .
