The embosser arrived quickly, but was produced with one line of text missing. I called the company and the CSR I spoke with agreed to have the problem corrected. I am now waiting for the corrected part to arrive ... and Christmas in closing in. The CSR I spoke with was excellent: friendly and helpful ... and she answered the phone after 5:00 pm. Impressive.

I wanted to set up a NYS LLC, so I went to the Blumberg site, but couldn't get to the right place. I called, and the lady was very helpful in getting me to the right place. When I submitted my order, I didn't hear from anyone for a week. When I called, I was told an e-mail was sent to me the next day that the names I had submitted were not available. I never got the e-mail, nor the re-send from the person on the phone. I re-submitted names, and the next thing I got was the record book by UPS. Again, no e-mail notifying me that one of my names was accepted. I've received e-mails from them before, so I don't know what happened this time, but the service to get the book was very fast.
