I ordered a corporate kit for Riphean Corp incorporated in Delaware but instead received from Blumberg Corp Kit with the stat of incorporation as Pennsylvania just because my mailing address in Pennsylvania. I filled out everything correctly online. I checked it prior to posting my order. Now I have to order again with expedited shipping because I have people coming in tomorrow to pick up this corporate kit.

My product came to me damaged. After calling and emailing the company directly they offered to send me a new one the next day. While I am not happy the product was damaged on receipt I am happy that the customer service was prompt.

The experience was fine. MY only concern is whether my sales rep., Debra Ramsey is getting credit for this sale! Is she???
