From the moment I’ve decided to go ahead with my surgery , I was met with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine concern for my well-being. Dr. Mehmet is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. They took the time to explain every aspect of my surgery and aftercare plan, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their expertise was evident, and their bedside manner was second to none. The nursing staff and other healthcare professionals were equally impressive. They were attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of teamwork and communication among the staff was truly remarkable, making my stay as smooth and stress-free as possible. The facilities were spotless, and every detail of my care was handled with the utmost precision. I left the hospital feeling confident in the treatment I received and grateful for the dedicated individuals who took such excellent care of me. Von Anfang bis zum Ende alles perfekt. Duygu Cabaz hat alles perfekt organisiert.Bevor meine Reise los ging ,war sie in Deutschland jederzeit erreichbar.Sie hat mir all meine Fragen beantwortet und meine Sorgen genommen.In der Türkei angekommen,war sie zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.Das Krankenhaus und das Personal einfach nur Klasse.Meine Begleitperson und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ärztin Frau Dr Damla Özdemir ist wirklich eine Meisterin.Meine Nase wurde in Deutschland schon voroperiert.Das Ergebnis war katastrophal.Ich hätte nie gedacht,das ich noch meine Traumnase bekomme.Meine Nase ist perfekt geworden.Ich bin so glücklich,diesen Schritt gewagt zu haben. Liebe Duygu,ich danke dir für alles.Ich hoffe wir sehen uns bald wieder. Du bist nicht nur äußerlich, sondern auch von Innen eine wunderschöne Frau.

My experience was great from start to finish and Devrim was fantastic, kind and caring.

I flew to turkey to have a GS due to struggling to loose weight with having PCSO. I was very nervous about going as I’ve never had an operation before, but Devrim my medical coordinator was really positive with me and spoke to me throughout, reassuring me that everything would be okay. When I arrived at Izmir, the hotel we stayed in was lovely, like having your own little apartment. The staff at the hospital were really friendly and supportive, talked you through everything that was going to happen, how the surgery would go and the tests you would need in between. Once your surgery was complete, the surgeon came to your room multiple times to make sure you was feeling okay, offered advice if you was unsure on anything. The nurses on the ward were fab and saw to anything you needed. Overall it was a positive experience for me and I’m glad I went through with it ☺️

Ich wurde auf die Klinik durch Instagram aufmerksam und hatte vor fast 2 Monaten meine Nasen op und ja was soll ich sagen bin mehr als zufrieden. Wir wurden Super aufgenommen und betreut die op lief reibungslos das Ergebnis einfach wunderschön. Ich kann die Klinik nur weiterempfehlen

Went with gozde as they had excellent reviews and they had been recommended to me by a friend. The experience from start to finish was fantastic very thorough, every question I asked was answered and everything was explained both pre and post op. The hospital was very clean and the staff were lovely. The operation itself has been a success already and I hope to have a much better future because of it. You are given a customer support rep at the beginning who follows your journey and helps with any questions or worries, my rep Yunus Emre was amazing. Answered quickly any of my questions was very supportive and even went the extra mile to come visit me in the hospital post surgery which was lovely. Thank you to him and my surgeon Dr Deniz who was also brillant.

The process was concise and fluid , I was aware of everything that was going to happen to me and when , I was very happy with the service ,transportation and hotel was great , it felt like it was a well oiled professional process that had been done many times,I traveled alone but was made feel safe and secure in what was happening next , no hidden surprises, the surgeon and anaesthetist discussed the procedure first face to face , surgeon came back daily to see how I was , many in-depth pre operation tests were done to make sure every patient was in the best health to have surgery , each of these tests would take months to get an appointment on the NHS, I felt like nothing was left out. Pictures of your stomach ( mine also had my removal of my gastric band given to me ) l now have after care from my coordinator , notes of the procedure are emailed so can be given to your GP after.

I was apprehensive for my gastric sleeve. But the facilities are excellent. The nurses are attentive and responsive. They tried to make it as pain free as possible. The hospital room was very nice and spacious. Inhad a translator and they were great..from transit, admission to discharge and its changed my life. Thank you.
