After an initial hic up with my first writer, I was then assigned Rachel who I feel did an excellent job on my behalf. She really understood what I wanted and outlined my skills and abilities in both my cover letter and CV. She also took on any edits that I needed without fuss and in an efficient manner. I am very pleased with the results.

I wish I'd looked past all of the great reviews and read these first. My CV is now significantly worse than the original copy. I specifically got in touch because I wanted a CV and cover letter tailored to a new industry. It is an absolute mess. AI would have been better. Foolishly I thought that this would be a decent service - I paid for a full CV, LinkedIn and Cover Letter package, and now have to do them all again myself. I would not even use these as a guide. They are poorly formatted, badly written, don't reflect at all my professional experience or skills, and are full of grammatical errors that show the CV writer (Elizabeth, guilty of a few of these poor reviews) does not speak adequate English to charge for this service. I am really quite disgusted at this scam, and after planning to use a 'professionally written' CV for a job that has recently come up, will have to do the whole thing myself as there is not a single line from the new CV that I would consider using.

Amir helped me a lot with some very good tips on how to answer interview questions, maintain my focus and get in the right mindset. I recommend the service and it was worth while. Having said that, it felt a bit more of a generic guidance than a personal interview coaching, a large part of the presentation was about things I was already aware of or doing. Therefore, the reason for the 4 stars.
