I bought the Specialist Package because I have 13 years of experience and was targeting a specific sector. I provided all the information needed and any questions or feedback I had was given in a structured, clear manner. What I got back was a hot mess. Specifically, 1) The formatting for the CV was way off and ran across 3 pages, and headers starting in the middle of a section with no rhyme or reason. I raised this issue multiple times and was ignored or told they fixed it but they didn't. 2) They outright made up things that I did. They wrote whole sections with things that I never told them I did and don't know where they got it from. 3) I asked questions like why awards (mentioned in my old CV that I provided at the start) were not included, and whether it would be valuable to include or if there was a reason to exclude. The response was "let me check and get back to you", and then 3 days later, "yes it should be included". It seems like they don't have any idea what they're doing. I was hoping for insight or guidance on why things should/shouldn't be in there. In the end, I've completely revamped the CV again, recreating a new doc from scratch because of the formatting issue. I will say that they were responsive, turning things around in 2-3 days but that was about the only positive thing I can say. The process took 1.5 months because of all the back and forth and the output was still a hot mess. I knew going into this that it might be a waste of money if the outcome wasn't as expected, but it is still frustrating as it is not a small amount of money.

Good service from Joshua, very thorough. From the initial Q&A through to the drafts and the final works was professional and thorough.
