shocking service... Ordered CV for £133 which I never received, 2 chasing emails sent without response, I asked for full refund and was told I will receive money within 5 working days - 7 days later I did not receive anything, I call them to find out that refund was not processed and customer service will contact me to collect feedback and process refund...later on that day I just received money without anyone contacting me... end up applying with old cv... update: I appreciate that after receiving an apology for mistakes which happend, I received CV, cover letter free of charge.
