I came to PurpleCV hoping to get a CV tailored for a market I am very new to. With 21 years of experience, I expected the writer to craft a CV reflecting my extensive background in the relevant market. Although I selected a template, what I received was very mediocre—something anyone could have written. I had to specify mention to add in CV the various industries I worked in and also to mention my certificates. The LinkedIn version I received was even more disappointing. I expected a catchy tagline along with proper keywords and descriptions, but it lacked all of that. I am dissatisfied and would not recommend this service to anyone. If I could have i would have preferred a refund.
