The first person who did my C.V I wasn’t very happy with as I felt the C.V was rushed with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors and something I could’ve achieved myself. However when I then got transferred to Josh he has been amazing the C.V he did was incredible and money well spent thank you.

This is the first time I've worked with an agent called 'Emma.' I was on a deadline, and wanted to submit my paperwork early, for a paid internship (leading to a job), that I'll be doing overseas...very very far away from the U.K. So, I wanted to make sure my CV looked FLAWLESS, and showed all of the relevant aspects of not only my work experience, yet my bubbly personality as well. Emma prioritised my CV, out of others she needed to work on, and she also factored in the layout and design that I wanted for it as well. In addition, when Emma and I were conversing via e-mail, and she found out I had a learning disability, and used 'special coloured glasses.' She went above and beyond to send me a version of the CV, on the digital paper colour that I required. So I could tweak it myself in the future. Once I had received the first draft, I sent over a few requests, and Emma worked on it straight away, made the amendments, and then sent it back to me, within the time-frame. EMMA IS A LEGEND, and an invaluable asset to Purple CV! I'm so happy and ecstatic with the FABULOUS results of my new CV :-D

Initially I was very disappointed with my first draft, and it felt like a cut and paste excercise of my own cv. However I have to say the follow ups and adjustments and customer service were second to none meaning we eventually got the cv I was hoping to get. Don’t expect the 2 day turnaround for a shelf ready CV but don’t write them off either. Well done on rescuing my experience and thank you for your perseverance

I recently used PurpleCV for their CV writing services. While the quality of the CV provided was satisfactory, I have significant concerns about their handling of personal data. In a recent communication, they exposed the email addresses of around 360 clients by failing to use the BCC field. This is a clear breach of GDPR regulations and raises serious privacy and data protection issues. Such oversight is unacceptable and undermines trust in their ability to handle personal information securely. I hope PurpleCV takes immediate steps to rectify this issue and ensure such breaches do not happen in the future.

It was a really disappointing service. It took weeks to get the first draft of my resume. After I followed up, I got a very rushed draft which even had typos. They charge you extra if you are senior or have a specialised job but it's the same person doing all the work. It has made no difference at all to my job prospects.

Been using the same CV since university so was well over due a refresh. Was assigned Joshua who was prompt in his first contact and provided the a CV i was happy the first time of asking. i had a few questions which was responded to well. Great service...hopefully this pays off with a new job.
