Decent communication and you know before you send what you will receive
They communicate by email and send checks for DVD’s and CD’s sent to them in a timely fashion. They quote pay offs for items as you inquire on line. They pay for your sending in your items. The buy back prices are low, but you know ahead of time what you will receive as a pay back.
