Payment was fast. Items that were returned were shipped out on the 5th business day (maybe 6th or 7th based on what tracking number said). I guess I accidentally sent in a couple case only items. I'm assuming I will find the games at home and try again. Already sent in my second 'order' and putting together a 3rd.

what was quoted for the items I mailed in was higher than anyone else, however the pay out was more than half of what was quoted, making it lower than what other buy back companies were paying. Also I thought the quote was guaranteed.
