Great advise before purchasing

Very helpful about old device. Spares still available, reasonable price and worked first time. Saved a fortune.

Wrong advice & part Ordered a new roller, my part had a 12mm shaft, the one I received was only 10mm & didn’t fit correctly, on querying this they said it was near enough & they only did this one now. It also cost about £40. Ebay has the correct ones for less than £14

Excellent customer service from Karin! Can’t thank her enough for all her help when our carpenter had difficulty installing our pocket door, which wasn’t down to the product. The finished result is brilliant and has saved so much space in our child’s box bedroom! The soft close feature will help protect the door from future teenage door slamming! Everything was great until our carpenter came to fit and he identified that one of the packs of hinges was the wrong one. The measure of a good company is how they remedy a mistake.one phone call and 24 hours later we had the correct part. Now fitted, the doors look great and work well. We are very pleased with our purchase.
