The team at the spares office were wonderful. They helped me to identify the spare I needed for my very old garage door, explained how I needed to use it and even posted an extra part free of charge.

The fact that you supply parts at a reasonable price for products (in this case our garage door) that are very old (> 20 years) and that the parts are easy to fit. The garage door is giving great service is very long lasting and is easy to maintain. Fantastic
