Didn’t sign up for regular shipping and just took my money

I decided to try absolute collagen after the Christmas. Unfortunately for me it did not agree with my stomach and I had to discontinue using it. After just a few days of using it, I had stomach bloating and general discomfort in my stomach. Once I stopped using it, the symptoms stopped. I really wanted to love this product. Not everything is suitable for everyone.

They are so helpful.

The products seem to help a lot with skin but only been a month. The order and delivery system are very efficient. At the moment I would 100%recommend

Very easy to navigate site and packages arrived swiftly. I heard about this product through friends, it’s pleasant tasting and has the days marked on the packaging so you can keep track of when you’ve taken a sachet. I’ve only been taking this for two weeks so yet to see results.

Too short a turnaround between orders, pricey, unpleasant texture and taste, can’t cancel easily. Don’t want to continue but need to phone up to cancel so they can see how they can help you. I just want to stop the orders, not be persuaded to keep going!

Easy to select which product I felt was going to work for me. Once ordered it came straight away.

Have used their shampoo and conditioner for quite some time and definitely find that my hair looks and feels thicker. I also use their subscription service where they automatically send the product out. I like that you can choose the frequency and adjust/cancel whenever you wish. This company are very quick to respond to emails. The only reason I haven’t given them 5 stars is because I do think they are quite expensive, although I will keep using them.

Excellent service , excellent customer service , fantastic product that I’ve used for 3 years , love the sachets , serum and Neck and Deck Cream !

I have just called regarding an order that had not arrived. The lady on the phone (I think her name was Diane) was fantastic. She was lovely and quickly looked into the issue and said she would post out a replacement today. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
