I love the deep lift serum and my skin is looking better after 3 weeks of using this along with the daily sachets. I didn’t like the deep lift day or the night cream. It’s thick and clogs into a dry residue and stings my eyes and I don’t have sensitive skin. There’s better creams out there! I will be sticking to the Boots collagen brand as it’s much nicer to apply.

5 Stars the collagen is great i have been given another free product to try without asking for it i have ordered the Mens Collagen for my husband for a Christmas present who is now going to order from you just trying my best to get round the portal as not good on the online stuff trying to get the £10.00 offer as he will pay from his bank account like i do but struggling to do it at the moment but will try again ass i am of the older generation.

Easy to order and quick delivery

SCAM!!!! Do not purchase from this company as they somehow trick u into a subscription!!!!, I have no idea how they have done this and have as yet had zero response from trying to reach out to them! Kindly asking them to stop trying to take money from my account !!!!!! They seem to respond on here so hey if you read this I was order #AC-23640564!!! For the hundredth time cancel my subscription !!!!! Arggggg Also it really is the most foulest thing I have ever tasted, thought I would give a different brand a try but huge regrets, awful taste and texture makes you gag even if you put it in something and along side that every few days trying to take money from my account ! Luckily I have managed to keep my money safe in a different account for now so it doesn’t get taken annd just rejects but I defiantly don’t want to get sent another batch of the awful stuff ! The taste is worse than other brands I have had previously. The consistency is also thicker which makes me feel a bit queasy.

Bought the shampoo and conditioner set. I used half a bottle of each and didn’t notice a difference. There was no easy way of cancelling the subscription (you have to phone) so I thought I’d put the subscription on hold only to find out that an order had been dispatched without any notification - they did send an email during the night but this didn’t give me a chance to cancel as by the time I was awake, it had already been dispatched. After receiving the unwanted order, I had to pay to return it. This was not refunded as apparently it was my error for not cancelling the order in time. I would be very wary of ordering from this company as they don’t make it easy to cancel subscriptions. I can’t comment on the product as I didn’t use it long enough before I changed to olaplex.

I am now 3 months into my subscription. Due to last minute Christmas plans I had to change the delivery date at a very short notice. It was very simple, I emailed the customer service who was super helpful and efficent.
