Mixed opinion

Have been taking the sachets for a while now. Helps significantly with my dry eye problem, which was unexpected but welcome benefit. I also used the serum for a while, but it didn't make a noticeable difference to my skin. However beware that you cannot cancel your subscription online, you have to call them and they do not answer. You have to leave a voicemail. Not great service and I do not like companies who make it difficult to cancel a subscription, so now I will need to think hard about whether I continue to order sachets or I cancel that too and take my business elsewhere.

Easy to purchase and good customer care but I’ve not noticed any difference all. Took photos before and after so have a comparison. Am going to try for another couple of months to see if things improve.

It’s a shame I’m not reviewing the product but rather the practice. I don’t like subscriptions that don’t give me the option of cancelling online. It makes me anxious. I know they say they like to talk to us but not everyone wants to speak on the phone for various reasons. It’s 2024, you should be able to cancel online. I’ve sent 2 emails asking to cancel and had 2 replies but the subscription still isn’t cancelled and my anxiety is elevated. It might be the best product in the world but I don’t like feeling I can’t easily cancel. If I could cancel online I’d have left my subscription running. It’s still showing as an active subscription. If cancelled then it isn’t showing in my account. Amended to 4 stars due to good customer service but please change it so that cancelling can be done online. I know you love speaking to us but not everyone loves speaking to companies these days. Thank you.

I recommend you don't try this subscription as you won't be able to cancel unless you give them a call. For ADHD people that usually translates into 2-3 boxes that you pay and end up not using. This tactic makes it feel like a scam, even though it might be a genuine business. Also, in terms of product feedback, it doesn't dissolve well in water so I would not recommend it. Did not see any changes.
