I am unable to cancel my subscription,I have made several attempts,I have tried the number provided with no reply ,I have now sent 2 further emails,. I am disappointed and now concerned as my bank account details cannot be removed with them cancelling ,I would never reinstate this account in the future because of this ,this is of course assuming I can get it cancelled in the first place

I have been very pleased with my repeat purchase of absolute collegen. They are always on time with the subscription deliveries. They include an abundance of information about all of their products and have given me generous free samples to try. Nothing would be too much trouble. Awful company. Trick you into thinking that the subscription cancellation is easy. Yet 3 unwanted orders later I still haven't managed to stop them charging my card.

This company is "all that is says on the tin" absolutely collagen and absolutely amazing to say the least. The products really do work. My skin was feeling and looking very lacklustre as was my hair. My overall well being was suffering due to the menopause. I didn't want to have surgery or botox and the thought of hormone replacement patches were out of the question. I set about finding my perfect answer and never really believing there was anything out there. I came across absolute collagen on the Internet. I think it was Facebook. I tookna few days to decide that I would buy one pack and give it a go. The products arrived promptly and well packaged. Within two weeks my nails started to grow. Three weeks in my hair felt thicker. I had to subscribe to this because the proof was there infront if me. Uve not looked back since. I use the hair care range and skin care. It is a little costly but it works and that matters to me. I feel so much happier inside which shows externally. I have the "glow". With the absolute community on hand to share experiences and the help of the absolute team and maxine to encourage and guide you, I would recommend people to give this brand a trial period and you too will see the benefits of a natural product that promises and delivers. AWFUL customer service and even worse taste. The whole experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth. The subscription gift worth £40 never arrived. Cancellation process purposely made difficult. 1/10 Never again.

You make it very difficult to cancel. If you insist the only way to cancel is by phone, you must employ people to answer calls. It feels very unethical to force this policy on people. I would like confirmation that my order is cancelled as I have phoned and emailed. I await your response. Thank you.
