I ‘absolute’..ly (see what I did there!) love having discovered these little sachets of goodness… I’ve only been using for three weeks but can already tell it’s doing me good… skin, nails, hair…. Just sent for more and will continue for definite. This may sound cheesy but I am honestly impressed, and the taste is not so bad you know…I like it now I’m used to it! Love it.

I have had nothing but harassment. I had a cold call they then reactivated an old account without my consent then emailed to say they had processed an order and I needed to in date my card details so that they could take payment!! I hadn’t agreed to any of this

Shocking company still waiting for a refund

The taste is disgusting (imagine licking a whales bum). I had one sachet and gave the rest of the box away ( to my worst enemy). I then went to try and cancel my order, they don’t make this easy. I eventually found the place online where you can postpone an order. However, you can only cancel by contacting them directly. The next order was then dispatched. apparently they can not do returns, even of unopened items. I have now cancelled my subscription. In summary, I feel scammed, I paid £54 for one sachet of the worst thing I ever tasted. please learn from my mistake and save your money,

Started taking this a few months ago after a friend recommended collagen to help with aching joints in the morning and after exercise. I've definitely seen some improvement in this time so going to keep it up - would recommend to others to try.

The customer service experience I've had with AC is without fail, the best I have ever seen. They are the loviest bunch and today I even got a birthday gift. How amazing is that? I will continue to be a very happy AC user. Thank you all!!!

Used this collagen product for years, spent literally hundreds of pounds on the subscription got some good results… but earlier this year the company made changes to the tear off top of the sachets. Had loads that would not tear, couldn’t get them open. Kind of defeats the object of a convenient product. I get that there can be manufacturing flaws but It’s too expensive to be experiencing this and not getting help. Got in touch with customer services, they asked for a batch number, I gave them this and asked what now? Got a thank you and they’d pass it on to customer services. I went back again …..surely replacements would have been a nice gesture??? But no, nothing, just a reply glossing over the problem. (I now have a handbag full of damaged topped sachets that you can only get into with scissors ) The problem ended up being consistent across two boxes so over £50 worth. Annoyed me so much that I advised I’d be cancelling my subscription again another glossed over reply. So yes - happy to take your money but not happy to look after long term customers who have had a very resolvable issue. I cancelled my subscription as a result. Some people will treat this product as a priority for self care when they can’t really afford it. Be nice to feel that your custom is actually appreciated. Very Disappointing.

Probably one of the best companies I have ever ordered from and their customer service team go way beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. Plus their products are first class.

There products amazing especially the serum! Liquid products brilliant results just swallow quick. Had a query emailed and very quick reply. Absolutely very happy.
