Have been trying all different kinds of skincare for awhile but realised I need to do something on the inside too - and wow, it really works. A few months in and my skin feels fuller, more glowing and can feel those fine lines fading.

Have been using this for a couple of months now. Throught my joints and hair where much better. Have just gone away for two weeks and forgot to pack sachets and now realise how much better I was feeling can't wait to get home to start taking again.
