Great Customer Service

I recently moved home and didn't realise I needed to change my address on checkout as well as on my personal details. My regular order was sent to the old address about 500 miles away! Customer service were great and shipped of my order to the new address free of charge. Can't praise them enough.

I was contacted by AC after a period of not subscribing [agree with previous comments about trying to cancel, not making it easy just so you can sell more leaves a bad taste in the mouth]. BUT I was talked around, given a free two-week taster and told they had worked on the packaging making it easier to open. Oh my God, it's a nightmare, it takes me longer now than it did before. I will probably stay with it for another few months just to see if it works better this time, but overall I think the company is just too pushy.

Have been trying to cancel a…

Have been trying to cancel a subscription with them since June, didn’t get along with the products. You’re unable to cancel directly on their website their landline is not always open all of the time. Tried via email. They called trying to talk me into staying offering free examples of another flavour, that never happened they just continued with the subscription, once again I returned the package with an enclosed letter of cancelling the subscription, again sent a further subscription out, so again via email Cancelled the subscription had acknowledgment, a couple of emails to an throwing and yet again since another subscription was sent out, it was never the full 14 days sometimes every 12 days they are taking out a £28 fee. They do not like to give refunds and when you return products it’s at your own cost bearing in mind these are products that I have pacifically time and time again tried to cancel. I’d be very aware of companies that do this kind of practice. Having tasted their collagen it really isn’t very nice, even mixed with a hot drink. I have moved over to another collagen brand which is much better taste and a lot better communication. Stay away

I really love this product collagen…

I really love this product collagen sachets , I can only afford to take this every other day as it’s very expensive product , the packaging is very elegant and probably cost a fortune to make , was wondering if the packaging wasn’t quite as grand the savings on that could bring this product price down to make it more affordable for people on a lower income 😊

Why do they not let you cancel online.

I try not to write negative reviews but I don’t understand why they won’t let you cancel online simply but make you call or e mail them. Also the main reason is that they never e mail you far enough in advance that a new order is on the way so it’s impossible to cancel if you already have heaps.

Tried the product

Tried the product, had almost a massive breakout, reduced the amount, but still the same reaction. Reached out to the customer service team, to cancel the subscription, was told they will not cancel but move to autumn? Couldn’t be bothered to argue. they could have taken back the product and used the remaining as testers etc I had such high expectations for the brand, but they didn’t unfortunately meet them not in product or service! Disappointed.
