Basic but met my requirements

I don't normally leave a review but there are so many websites popping up that are complete scam artists, and it's just so hard to find a legit company these days. BuysBest have a great rating on TrustPilot so I went ahead and put my trust in them. I ordered a simple mop which was not only cheaper than competitors, but arrived incredibly fast with reasonable postage. I was more than happy with the product, the delivery and the fact that I haven't been scammed, win, win, win!!

Sent my order via HERMES under the cover of a company named EVRI both terrible delivery companies that do not read the customer request for delivery notes on the delivery information form & just do not attempt delivery at all! They just send your parcel back to BuysBest!! After awaiting your delivery that never arrives, you have to chase down a refund because BuyBest do not notify that your order as been returned to them so effectively they keep your money also until, you request a redelivery via a more trusted company (Royal Mail). They respond outright they are not open to sending my order via Royal Mail to which I had to then ask for a refund instead. They promptly returned a refund within 24hrs without argument to which I think is exceptional on their part & I give them respect in this. I won’t be purchasing from here again though due to their choices & stances in delivery options & alternatives.
