They sent me a kettle with a graze in a few places, I asked for a replacement, at first they offered me 10% off but I said I wanted a new unblemished kettle, they ignored my emails at first then took ages to respond, so I opened a PayPal case, then they sent me the wrong return label after 2 weeks, then after 3 weeks they said they would send me the right one, by that time PayPal sided with them because I couldn't show a tracking number in the time limit, then PayPal gave me the whole refund in voucher form & told me to keep the kettle as well. I would advise not to have any dealings with this company, they make it as hard as possible to return an item.
