From my first holiday to Thailand 12 years ago until now, I've always used Sunways. They have exceptional people working for them, very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never go anywhere else for my holidays.

The booking was very easy, the staff on the phone were very helpful , however for Lapland, I would have liked more of a choice in hotels especially ones more suitable to adults or where there would be a more peaceful atmosphere in the hotels but I understand that for this destination that this is difficult
