Not sure if I got what I paid for.

While quick to ship my order, I either ordered the wrong parts or was shipped the wrong parts. The description of the item that I had ordered sounded correct, but what arrived was not what I needed. I have sent them an email asking for advice/help, but I still have not heard back (4 days at time of writing).

Friendly and helpful support

Friendly and helpful support. When my credit card was denied he told me I would have to hang up and tell my card company to ok the purchase. What neither he nor I knew was that I didn't have to call them or discontinue my call with him. There was an immediate text from my credit card. All I had to do was click on OK and reply to the text. We both learned from that mistake.

Merchandise was damaged and the… poor service, and subpar merchandise

Merchandise was damaged and the response I got was slow and not worthy of a respected company. No personal interaction to discuss needs after the arrival of inferior quality/damaged merchandise. They should make an effort to either satisfied the customer with a real compromise, or not even ask like they are discussing it.

WARNING : If you ever get on Toolots list, you will NEVER be able to get removed. I tried a dozen of times. Reply : Again, i tried to unsubscribe using your suggestion a dozen of times. Reply (bis) I know you consider everyone like morons but I do know how to click an unsubscribe button. Duh !
