The wheel balancer arrived in 6 days. The product did not have any assembly instructions. I found it took about 20 minutes. A micro Phillips will be handy for the bubble level and an allen or hex tool. The bearings are basic and turn fairly uniformly without much effort. Overall, I believe it will work out fine to balance most motorcycle tires. The customer service was excellent upon ordering and the rep did his job. Thank you, Bion

I placed an order on June 15 and went through the process adding my info and credit card info and apparently you were waiting for a payment. Thus you cancelled the order. My phone number is listed on the invoice yet you just cancelled the order. Today when I called back there was now only 8 units instead of 13 and the price went up over 65%. As they say I quess it was to good to be true.

The PRODUCT ARRIVED DEFECTIVE It has been months since I contacted customer service for help and all I have to show for it is evasive emails. The product arrived damaged from when it was partially assembled at the factory. Tool lots has not stood behind it at all. First they delayed saying the had to contact the manufacturer and there has really been no response. So I have a chipper I cannot use.
