I canceled my order
I canceled my order. I was told by the agent it was taken care of prior to shipment. Monday morning guess what shows up at my door. I refused delivery.
They did not deliver our parts order.

Poor quality, horrible customer service.
I ordered a refrigerator in August. When I opened the box it was dented even though the box was Un damaged. When I plugged it in, it did not cool. After jumping through many hoops, I got a return label to sent it back. 5 months after my purchase I still have not received a refund. When I call customer service my calls are frequently dropped. I am repeatedly told they are referring my case to finance but have never received a response from them. I have asked to speak with a supervisor but they just continue to say they will refer it to finance. Long wait times when calling customer service an no follow-up.

I ordered over a week ago, for Will-Call pick up, everything listed as in stock. But still have not received any confirmation that it’s ready for pick up. I am kind of confused. I called in, and customer service said I needed to wait for the email before it’s ready to pick up… said they’d tell the warehouse, but still nothing? Hmmmm…
