The agent I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and sent me through more information as well. He guided me through the entire process and made it seamlessly easy.

Mistakes were made on my EE application. I pointed them out and they Said they would fix it. They didn't. My PR invitation was refused due to this. UIS will not speak to me nor refund me the huge sum of money I paid them. Case:53553 I have sent several emails trying to contact you since this and have been told it has been passed on. Still no contact. I have full written proof of your mistakes, me pointing them out then you failing to fix them. I could post them here if you would like. New updated February 2025 This company has continued to dodge my attempts to contact them stating that my information has been passed on to the appropriate department.
