Nous avons sollicité UIS Canada pour le VISA de note fille dans le cadre de ses études.

Nous avons sollicité UIS Canada pour le visa de notre fille qui devait partir pour plusieurs mois en stage dans le cadre de ses études. Nous sommes ravis des services de UIS Canada. cet Organisme est sérieux, très structuré et très disponible. Nous tenons à remercier plus particulièrement Mr Eric Melun qui a suivi le dossier de notre fille pour son visa. Il s'est rendu très très disponible et très à l'écoute de nos préoccupations du début jusqu'à la fin ! Actuellement notre fille est en stage sur Montréal. Elle est ravie de son expérience. Nous vous recommandons UIS CANADA ! Mr Mme AUDIBERT.

Excellent

Un service disponible qui s'adapte aux horaires françaises. Un suivi très pointu. Seul chose qui pourrait vous freiner : les tarifs. Plutôt cher par rapport à faire les démarches de son côté mais le service est à la hauteur. Personnellement, c'est un choix personnel. Comme on dit, c'est le prix de la tranquillité

Des personnes sérieuses et à l’écoute, pour ma part j’ai eu du mal à leurs faire confiance au début juste par des discutions au téléphone mais quand j’ai vu qui était impliquer dans mon dossier et répondait toujours au téléphone ça m’a rassuré j’ai commencer les démarche vers octobre novembre et j’ai pu avoir mon PVT en mars, je suis en se moment même au Canada et je vie mon plus grand rêve Merci à eux

SCAM!!!

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM Paid USD 5,490 to talk.. no refund at all. ghosted. They mistakenly had their Indian customer service answer my 13th call attempt and he went off on me after I called them out about it being a scam. Im sure Daniel Kennedy is just a made-up name. This was his email response. Dear Eduardo Figueroa, I hope this email finds you well. After a thorough investigation into your case by our Disputes Resolution Board we have come to the following conclusions: As clarified in our terms of use and our retainer, we signed on a lump-sum agreement in which we are committed to providing you an unlimited number of hours in the Canadian System so that you will be able to achieve your final goal, which is a Canadian Permanent Residency. Even though in a lump sum agreement, both parties involved are committed to the process and its costs to which you willfully consented, UIS Canada may at its sole discretion agree to refund the initial fees paid subject to a deduction for the time so far spent on the case at an hourly rate of USD 400 per hour. The time and resources that we have invested into this case billed hourly as per terms of disengagement is equivalent to USD 5,490. The time and resources invested as from our end is something that has been spent and thus see no reasonable way to reimburse you these fees as we ourselves will not be able to recuperate their value. We still offer to keep this as credit viable to you and are willing to process further services if you wish. Regarding the billable hours since September 5th, 2019: 1. Registration, Online application, fill out forms and evaluation of case: 0.5 hours 2. Collection and QA of documents and information, customer support: 0.5 hours 3. Discussions, guidance and support via Support, Account Management : 7 hours 4. Guidance and support from our immigration team to prepare and complete the Evaluation: 3 hours 5. Guidance and support from our immigration team for basic document verification and information collection : 3 hours After analyzing your case, we have concluded that your case is unfortunately not eligible for a refund, as described above. We still offer to keep this as credit viable to you to continue the process or to freeze your application and if you wish to resume your process you will be able to with no further costs apart from any third party, government, and RCIC consultant fees. Please note, in to proceed with your application you will need to provide a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. Regards,

It took too long for a normal visum…

It took too long for a normal visum (more than one year for a work and travel visum). No one is available if its urgent for weeks. They a really fast when it is for the payment.

Nothing was a problem! The team from UIS was wonderful and incredibly helpful, they made everything streamlined and were quick to respond to any issues/questions I raised.
