back in january i paid $1500usd. the next day i talked with my mum and she refused to allow me to continue so i emailed them saying i will be unable to continue the process. it took weeks but i eventually settled for a $750usd refund (as well as not paying more for their services in the future) as i was told that was their final offer. i signed an agreement on 02/01/23 that stated i would see the funds in my account in 15 to 45 business days. i did not receive any. i emailed back, and was told it would be looked into. over a month later i had not received a response so i emailed again. they are only just starting the $750usd refund today. there was a breach of contract and am now asking for a full refund as i would not like to use their service in the future due to the stress and frustration this has caused. update: it took months to receive the refund. it had not started the process until i emailed about a week ago, when what i signed stated that it would be started in february. that is what i am complaining about.

En décembre 2022, j'ai consulté UIS CANADA dans l'objectif de vivre sur Québec. Au premier appel, l'équipe d'UIS a su me rassurer dans les démarches et dans mon projet, et ils m'ont proposé un PVT ( il existe plusieurs types de visas mais celui-ci semblait le plus favorable pour les deux prochaines années ). Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mr Eric Melin et Brigitte Guyot pour leurs conseils, leur patience, ainsi que leur travail. UIS effectue les démarches pour votre visa et veuille au respect de la procédure. C'est pour cela qu'ils vont vérifier s'il n'y a pas d'éléments contradictoires ou encore s'il n'y a pas de fautes de frappes sur les différents formulaires. Enfin, Vous pouvez contacter UIS Canada pour tous types de conseils concernant votre emménagement. En effet, les services d'UIS ne s'arrête pas à l'obtention du visa, ils vous conseillent également sur la suite de votre projet. Le seul inconvénient viendra de vous car il faudra trouver les vertus de la patience. L'immigration canadienne est pointilleuse et votre projet ne sera pas approuvé du jour au lendemain. Cependant lorsque vous bénéficierez du fameux sésame, Vous ressentirez un soulagement et reconnaissance envers toute l'équipe. Un grand bravo !

- Do not use this company...do it yourself - it is much cheaper Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing and we had to take legal action against them as they refuse to refund us. They use steamroller pressure sales tactics and google ads. So do not click on these ads or fill in the enquiry form. As soon as they took money from our credit card, we called their phone numbers for hours and days but no one answered us ...we did google searches and found many other negative reviews so we went immediately to the bank taking legal action We did not receive any email communications from UIS for many days but in the meantime we completed the application for working holiday visa (IEC) in a couple of hours easily ourselves and got approval in a few short weeks without any help or assistance from anyone except the Canadian Government website. UIS have since harassed us on the phone and email using bully tactics to try and force us to sign their Service Order Confirmation Form (contract) which we refused to agree to or sign rejecting their ludicrous overpriced scheme... do not open or sign anything! They say they charge you standard price for IEC working holiday visa but this is not true. Best to just complete the easy free procedure yourself on the official Canadian government website... canada. ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/iec/apply-work-permit.html The process is very easy to do yourself and free to complete applications and only a small cost at the end on approval with no scam or middleman required. Je suis Case67264 et je suis française. En février 2023, je suis passée par UIS Canada afin de m'aider à obtenir mon permis de travail. J'ai rempli quelques informations sur leur site internet et ils m'ont appelé à peine deux ou trois jours plus tard. La dame que j'ai eue au téléphone a été très aimable, on a même pu échanger quelques blagues, et en même pas une heure les premières démarches pour mon permis de travail étaient lancées. Pour le suivi de mon dossier, j'ai eu M. Melin comme conseillé. Il m'a aidé à remplir les formulaires demandés par le gouvernement canadien et m'a orienté pour qu'ils soient le plus lisible et clairs possibles. M. Melin a été très investit dans le suivi de mon dossier et en mai, j'ai eu mon VISA. C'était vraiment rassurant d'avoir quelqu'un à contacter en cas de problème, qui pouvait m'aider et répondre aux questions que je pouvais me poser lors d'une démarche aussi ambitieuse. Je ne regrette pas mon choix.

Bonne expérience, super réactif et rassurant. Certes plus cher que la normal mais très bon suivis sur toute la durée du permis de travail. Je recommande ++ malgré un premier avis négatif au vu des recherches que j'ai pu faire au début. Je remercie toute l'équipe et particulièrement Brigitte Guyot pour mon dossier.
