I had a really good experience with the team at USI. They aided me with all my questions and ensured that I understood all that they had told me. I am really pleased with the customer service I received today. I believe their names were Grace and Lulu who were a great help to me today.

Je wordt via een advertentie gelokt om je mogelijkheden te komen bekijken. Dit eindigt in een verzoek om geld over te maken middels creditcard. Als je afhaakt gedurende dit proces dan wordt je terug gebeld door een agressieve vrouw om toch je aanvraag met creditcard gegevens af te ronden.

When I said I’ll think about it I felt pushed to make a decision, there was a bit of a ‘now or never’ vibe, which was completely inaccurate.
