Although they may be an immigration service, this is a sales company first. After explaining what information we were after and that we weren't looking to move for a minimum of 3 years, we found Elsa to be pushy and after telling her we wouldn't be making any payments (quoted approximately 2.2k AUD) for an evaluation, she still asked for visa or Mastercard and got mad when we said no. Regardless of our time frames for moving, your 0 to 100 attitude flip is an absolute assurance we won't use UIS when the time comes. Case number A1629505.

This company was very helpful with getting my visa, always let me know where I was at with everything and kept in contact. Very polite staff.

My husband and I had the chance to submit a support for Canada VISA in 2018 thinking that UIS Canada would be able to guide us on the right direction of the international experience that we have been planned. The cost involved on that is expensive and until now there is no answer or new plan to adapt our needs. We have been sending emails requesting information, but no answer or attention for a good direction or conclusion of our case. We are totally disappointed.

I had a great experience with UIS Canada. The staff were very friendly over the phone and through email and helpful with every question I had (there was a lot) I would recommend them to anyone planning on moving to Canada
