VIP is a great alternative when the networks(internet) are not working in other countries outside the USA and you need to get in contact with someone. The rates are the cheapest I've found and the lines work better using VIP instead of calling cards.

That's very nice connection and reliable.

Unfortunately the connection is poor whenever I call to Manila . Price is good but can not understand my parents and they can't hear me .

I use Vip communications...it has clear lines and great customer service. I gave only four stars because sometimes it takes your money without you being connected to the person you are calling. The reason could be the weather or no internet service but still you would be charged because you have tried to call. Overal I trust the Vip cominicatiins and suggested to anyone who needs to make a long distance call.

Connection is good. App has been update to sort contact alphabetically. The rate is higher compared to other services but overall good service.
