its expensive as almost $5 goes to foreign exchange. this could be used to call many more people! very sad with your company. not good as people told me.

I've been very dissatisfied at the way my calls have been charged and the pattern continues to reflect the same which at this point is of a major concern to me in determining other options for my international calls.

Using/recharge gift visa card has been found difficult or sophisticated for me with VIP. For the second time my card has been suspended. I was told that I have not sufficient money. I just tried to use the card to call oversees. It is a new card with $30.00 on it. I called your customer services representatives but they could solve the problem instead I was told to wait for 8 days. Please go through the conversation we had with your customer services representatives. I hope it is recorded.This is the second bad experience I had with VIP.

Before being introduced to VIP l had used 2 other companies which were frustrating. But now l am very happy because l use VIP, it is very clear when l am talking with my family. It's very cheap compared with the others which are still having my money and do not want to refund. if any one wanted to call outside USA l recommend VIP

Using VIP Communications helped cut down my phone bill to almost nothing. Before, in order to call people back home in Africa, I had to load a least $25 unto my phone plan, and call at the rate of 99 cents per minute. Now with VIP communications, I could talk for almost 5 minutes, using the same dollar. The only problem was that sometimes the connection was not the best, but then I do not know if that's due to poor network provision back home in Africa or from VIP Communications. That being said, as a student who does not earn much and is trying to save, VIP Communications helped me save a lot on calls to friends and family back home. I would recommend this to anyone.

I love VIP calling cards. I will recommend it to friends and family members.

WOOW a great communication system

I have been spending so much in calling my family back in Africa with calling cards, but ever since I was introduced to this communication service, my frustrations ended. It is more than reliable.
